Hutt St Centre CEO Chris Burns to Speak at the 2026 Lions National Convention
We’re delighted to announce that Chris Burns, CEO of the Hutt St Centre, will be joining us as a guest speaker at the 2026 Lions National Convention in Adelaide.
Chris will share his insights into the realities of homelessness and hunger — not only in South Australia, but across the nation — and discuss how communities and service organisations can work together to create lasting change.
The Hutt St Centre has long been a beacon of hope for people experiencing homelessness, providing meals, support services, and pathways toward independence. Many Lions Clubs across South Australia, have proudly supported the Centre’s work for years through donations, volunteering, and local fundraising efforts.
Chris brings a wealth of experience in leadership, advocacy, and social justice, and his presentation promises to be both thought-provoking and inspiring. His address will encourage all Lions to continue finding ways to serve those in need, living out our motto — We Serve.
Join us in Adelaide for the 2026 Lions National Convention as we hear from Chris Burns and other inspiring voices who are making a difference in communities across Australia.
Stay tuned for more speaker announcements and convention updates.
