Tony Benbow OAM in Adelaide in May 2026
We’re excited to share some big news — Tony Benbow OAM, Lions Clubs International’s Third International Vice President, has been confirmed as one of our guest speakers for the Lions MD 201 National Convention in Adelaide in May 2026.
Tony is a familiar face to many Lions across Australia. A long-time member and respected leader, he’s dedicated decades to serving the community through Lions, both here at home and on the international stage. Now, as 3rd International Vice President, he brings a global perspective to the future of our organisation — and we’re thrilled to have him joining us in Adelaide.
At the convention, Tony will speak about the challenges and opportunities facing Lions in the years ahead, and how we as Australian Lions can continue making a powerful difference both locally and around the world. He’ll also share personal stories from his Lions journey — from grassroots service to international leadership — and offer insights into what lies ahead for our global family of Lions.
Having Tony with us is a real privilege, and we know his passion, wisdom and down-to-earth style will resonate with Lions of all ages and experience.
If you haven’t already locked in the dates, now’s the time! Adelaide in May 2026 is shaping up to be a Convention to remember — and we can’t wait to welcome you.
